About Contact Tiling
Contact Tiling Nottingham is Nigel, working out of Bilborough. When this site says "we", that is who it means. He does the tiling himself, which is why every review on our Google profile mentions him by name.
We do two things. One is tiling: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and outdoor porcelain. The other is fitting the whole bathroom, where the plumbing, the electrics and the plastering all have to happen in the right order before anything gets tiled. We bring those trades in ourselves, so there is one number to ring and one person who knows what is happening on Thursday.
We have had a Google profile since about 2018 and a Facebook page since 2020. Until now there has been no website. Every job came from somebody telling somebody else, which is a decent position to be in and a difficult one to grow from.
The photographs on this site are our own, taken on our own jobs. There is no stock photography anywhere on it.
Common questions
Do you do the whole bathroom or just the tiling?
Both. For a full bathroom we bring the other trades in ourselves, so you are not lining up a plumber and an electrician yourself. If you only want the tiling done, that is fine too.
Which parts of Nottingham do you cover?
We are based on Bilborough Road, so Bilborough, Wollaton, Aspley, Strelley and Beeston are all close by. Ring and ask about anywhere else.
How do I get a price?
Ring 07707 520032 and we will come and look at the job. Tiling is priced off the room, the tile and what is behind the wall, so nobody can give you a real number down the phone.
How long does a bathroom take?
It depends on the room and on how much is being moved. Ask when we come to look at it, because that is the point at which anyone can answer honestly.
