Privacy

This site is run by Contact Tiling Nottingham, 160 Bilborough Road, Nottingham NG8 4HU.

The enquiry form

If you fill in the form on the contact page, what you type is emailed to us and nothing else is done with it. It is not stored in a database, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is not passed to anybody else.

That email sits in our inbox for as long as it is useful, in the same way a text message about a job would. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Cookies

There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anybody else's server, which is why there is no cookie banner on it.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard request logs for a short period for security and abuse handling. Those are Cloudflare's, not ours, and we do not read them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ring 07707 520032 or email contacttilingnottingham@gmail.com. If you are not happy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
